Some gal was on the phone while driving down 101, veered out of her lane into mine and sideswiped my M5 BMW. 😐 While the car was still drivable, it sure looked like a mess. Had to stop, get the info, call the insurance, yadda-yadda… Not a good start to the week. It did, however end well.

I took my damaged BMW into Snehal at Auto Techies. Wow, are they efficient. And the work was terrific! Those guys at AutoTechies even cleaned the car so when I got it back..it looked like NEW. Also what I really appreciated was the Snehal took the time to explain
all that needed to be done – he knew the whole process with insurance.

We experienced catalytic converter theft on our 2005 Toyota Sequoia, and we reported the theft to our insurance company. State Farm gave us a list of their preferred auto repair facilities, and we chose Fix Auto based on its excellent reputation & close proximity to our home.

Fix Auto was prompt with their communication via phone and e-mail. We received an estimate very quickly and worked with my dad, who requested only to have OEM parts used. Fix Auto was transparent with the availability of obtaining OEM parts and updated us whenever there was a change. Luckily the parts came in earlier than expected, and Fix Auto got us back into our vehicle quickly after that.

We highly recommend Fix Auto; they have been outstanding from start to finish and put us at ease.

Not once, but twice we had the misfortune and stress of having had our catalytic converter stolen right from our driveway. Fix Auto was amazing. Each time they told us when exactly to expect a replacement and both times they beat that expectation. Each time Alan tirelessly called the manufacturer multiple times to get us the spare part quickly. Highly recommend this place for their great work and customer service.
