How long will the repair take?

Repairs are based on the extent of damage and the speed at which the insurance approves the claim and parts availability. We make it our job to update you via email, text or phone call daily.

Do you use factory parts?

We prefer to use the factory parts whenever possible but sometimes we are required by the policy of your insurance company to use a certified equivalent part.

What is your warranty?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on metal work, and paint work. Please check with us when dropping off your vehicle for detailed written warranty document.

Will my car be the same after the repair?

Newer vehicles are always brought back to the pre-collision status. On vehicles that may have been on the road for a while and repaired in a previous collision(s) sometimes are released in better condition than when it was originally repaired.

What do you accept in the way of payments?

We accept Insurance Company check, VISA, MasterCard and cash.

Do I have to pay a deductible?

Deductible is part of the estimate and Auto Body shops are required to collect on behalf of the insurance company. However, we have worked with many insurance companies and many waive the requirement. Please check with us and get a detailed explanation on how to do that.

Can you help with a rental car?

Yes, we have a direct link with Hertz and Enterprise Rental Cars and both will work with you to get you in a similar size of the vehicle you are driving (i.e. a Mini-Van or SUV replace with similar).

Are you open on Saturdays?

Currently we are open by appointments on Saturday and for delivering the vehicle. Please contact us for details.

  I called this Fix Auto Fremont body shop on Monday (09/25/2023) to request a service estimate, but was told to send a service request via email to fremontclaims@fixautousa.com, which I sent via email on the same day after our call. I gave them a call on Wednesday (09/27/2023) and they told me that they have seen my email and will call me by the end of the day to schedule my service estimate, which I never received. I called them again on Thursday (09/28/2023) and was told that they would call me back by end of the day AGAIN to schedule my service estimate, which I never received AGAIN. It is now Monday (10/02/2023) and I haven't received a phone call nor an email about when I could schedule my service estimate. Don't waste your potential customer's time. Whoever runs this body shop has unprofessional staff and should be reprimanded for their lack of follow through. If you are reading this as a potential customer, look somewhere else. Find a body shop that actually cares about their customers. If they can't even respond to emails and follow through with their word, imagine the shoddy work they'll do to your car repair.

  This place is awesome because the gentlemen who work here are awesome! So professional and courteous, and their work is beautiful! They are clearly very busy, but you are greeted warmly when you enter the office, and explain everything completely. My car was ready ahead of schedule, and they even did a few extra things for me. This place is The Best!
