AutoFAQ

How long will the repair take?

Repairs are based on the extent of damage and the speed at which the insurance approves the claim and parts availability. We make it our job to update you via email, text or phone call daily.

Do you use factory parts?

We prefer to use the factory parts whenever possible but sometimes we are required by the policy of your insurance company to use a certified equivalent part.

What is your warranty?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on metal work, and paint work. Please check with us when dropping off your vehicle for detailed written warranty document.

Will my car be the same after the repair?

Newer vehicles are always brought back to the pre-collision status. On vehicles that may have been on the road for a while and repaired in a previous collision(s) sometimes are released in better condition than when it was originally repaired.

What do you accept in the way of payments?

We accept Insurance Company check, VISA, MasterCard and cash.

Do I have to pay a deductible?

Deductible is part of the estimate and Auto Body shops are required to collect on behalf of the insurance company. However, we have worked with many insurance companies and many waive the requirement. Please check with us and get a detailed explanation on how to do that.

Can you help with a rental car?

Yes, we have a direct link with Hertz and Enterprise Rental Cars and both will work with you to get you in a similar size of the vehicle you are driving (i.e. a Mini-Van or SUV replace with similar).

Are you open on Saturdays?

Currently we are open by appointments on Saturday and for delivering the vehicle. Please contact us for details.

We experienced catalytic converter theft on our 2005 Toyota Sequoia, and we reported the theft to our insurance company. State Farm gave us a list of their preferred auto repair facilities, and we chose Fix Auto based on its excellent reputation & close proximity to our home. Fix Auto was prompt with their communication via phone and e-mail. We received an estimate very quickly and worked with my dad, who requested only to have OEM parts used. Fix Auto was transparent with the availability of obtaining OEM parts and updated us whenever there was a change. Luckily the parts came in earlier than expected, and Fix Auto got us back into our vehicle quickly after that. We highly recommend Fix Auto; they have been outstanding from start to finish and put us at ease.

From the first interaction the customer service was horrible. No greetings aside, they act like you owe them something. Business must be good that they do not even greet let alone try to help you. I have an insurance claim, which means guaranteed payment for them yet their interaction with me is like I should be grateful that they exist. They have no customer value for my time or need that serves them so they want everything that needs to be done in their time and terms. No flexibility, courtesy, or even basic human interaction. They really need a customer service 101 training. You better believe I will have a talk with my insurance company who has these bozos as a preferred auto repair place.
