How long will the repair take?
Repairs are based on the extent of damage and the speed at which the insurance approves the claim and parts availability. We make it our job to update you via email, text or phone call daily.
Do you use factory parts?
We prefer to use the factory parts whenever possible but sometimes we are required by the policy of your insurance company to use a certified equivalent part.
What is your warranty?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on metal work, and paint work. Please check with us when dropping off your vehicle for detailed written warranty document.
Will my car be the same after the repair?
Newer vehicles are always brought back to the pre-collision status. On vehicles that may have been on the road for a while and repaired in a previous collision(s) sometimes are released in better condition than when it was originally repaired.
What do you accept in the way of payments?
We accept Insurance Company check, VISA, MasterCard and cash.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
Deductible is part of the estimate and Auto Body shops are required to collect on behalf of the insurance company. However, we have worked with many insurance companies and many waive the requirement. Please check with us and get a detailed explanation on how to do that.
Can you help with a rental car?
Yes, we have a direct link with Hertz and Enterprise Rental Cars and both will work with you to get you in a similar size of the vehicle you are driving (i.e. a Mini-Van or SUV replace with similar).
Are you open on Saturdays?
Currently we are open by appointments on Saturday and for delivering the vehicle. Please contact us for details.
Snehal and his team are the best mechanics and auto body repair I have ever hands. They have saved the life of my beloved 20 year old Mercedes on several occasions. When other mechanics/the dealership said a job was impossible or too expensive, they have fixed it- and within budget. Most impressively, when I was in a car accident and the front of my car was totaled, Snehal gave me a reasonable quote (when no one else would even touch the job,) but he tried to convince me not to fix the car- he was looking out for me, not himself. He was extremely patient and sensitive in my decision making of whether to put so much money into such an old car. Once he saw how much the car means to me, he went out of his way to make sure she was taken care of. Working with him has been a gift! Here she is a picture of perfection once again!
I would like to say I had good luck stumbling on to this place. My wife got in a car accident and sort of dented her car. I found Jaime and Snehal who were very experienced and very friendly they helped me fix this mess worked diligently to solve my problem with my insurance followed up with them to make sure I was 100% taken care of.
