How long will the repair take?
Repairs are based on the extent of damage and the speed at which the insurance approves the claim and parts availability. We make it our job to update you via email, text or phone call daily.
Do you use factory parts?
We prefer to use the factory parts whenever possible but sometimes we are required by the policy of your insurance company to use a certified equivalent part.
What is your warranty?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on metal work, and paint work. Please check with us when dropping off your vehicle for detailed written warranty document.
Will my car be the same after the repair?
Newer vehicles are always brought back to the pre-collision status. On vehicles that may have been on the road for a while and repaired in a previous collision(s) sometimes are released in better condition than when it was originally repaired.
What do you accept in the way of payments?
We accept Insurance Company check, VISA, MasterCard and cash.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
Deductible is part of the estimate and Auto Body shops are required to collect on behalf of the insurance company. However, we have worked with many insurance companies and many waive the requirement. Please check with us and get a detailed explanation on how to do that.
Can you help with a rental car?
Yes, we have a direct link with Hertz and Enterprise Rental Cars and both will work with you to get you in a similar size of the vehicle you are driving (i.e. a Mini-Van or SUV replace with similar).
Are you open on Saturdays?
Currently we are open by appointments on Saturday and for delivering the vehicle. Please contact us for details.
Alan Q from Fix Auto Fremont in 41443 Albrae St, Fremont, CA 94538 has helped me a great ton. He took me in for an appointment the next day. He gave the insurance an email quote the same day. Followed up with USAA the next following few days and were able to get the quote approved within a week. He arranged and book the rental car for me, took me to the rental car place to pick up my car. Then went above and beyond to return the rental car for me. This is one of the best service collision place that I have ever been. Originally, I was send to a San Jose Shop. They had me booked in 2-3 weeks for an estimate appointment, and then told me that I can bring my car in 1.5 months later for the repair. Who waits 3 months to get their car fixed?When I came in to the other shop, they gave me that cold shoulder feeling. When you come to Fix Auto Fremont, you will be greeted with a smile like most businesses do, Alan was a polite and a professional shop manager. I will bring another car to him should an unfortunate happens. So the whole fix took 5 business days. That's really all. The quality is the quality, they're great as you would expect them and I'm particular. They matched the paint really well. Why I choose this shop over the other 3 I talked to is Alan. I'm sure the other will do perhaps the same quality, but its the service that counts. The follow up. Making the customer feel important. Its just great to be of service with a company that cares about the customer. In the end, that's really all we want from a business. I highly recommend this place! I do hope they get more customers and stay cool guys!
Where do I start?! I would give them 100 stars if I could! My whole experience here was the best! Alan informed me of every step that was taken to get my car back to normal. He even knew about the car rental delays and get this: they offered me a ride to the rental place! Alan made sure I could drop off/pick up my car at the time that worked best for me and my crazy schedule, even offered me after hours options! Snehal helped me with my car pick up process and made sure I was satisfied before taking off! A huge thank you to the whole team. I got my car back in no time, I'll recommend them to everyone I know.
