From the first interaction the customer service was horrible. No greetings aside, they act like you owe them something. Business must be good that they do not even greet let alone try to help you. I have an insurance claim, which means guaranteed payment for them yet their interaction with me is like I should be grateful that they exist. They have no customer value for my time or need that serves them so they want everything that needs to be done in their time and terms. No flexibility, courtesy, or even basic human interaction. They really need a customer service 101 training. You better believe I will have a talk with my insurance company who has these bozos as a preferred auto repair place.

Where do I start?! I would give them 100 stars if I could! My whole experience here was the best! Alan informed me of every step that was taken to get my car back to normal. He even knew about the car rental delays and get this: they offered me a ride to the rental place! Alan made sure I could drop off/pick up my car at the time that worked best for me and my crazy schedule, even offered me after hours options! Snehal helped me with my car pick up process and made sure I was satisfied before taking off! A huge thank you to the whole team. I got my car back in no time, I'll recommend them to everyone I know.
