I brought my 2023 BMW x5 to them for repair. My car body repair looked very good and work was completed on time. Their customer service was excellent. I will definitely use Fix Auto Fremont in the future for all my car body shop repairs. Great Company!

From the first interaction the customer service was horrible. No greetings aside, they act like you owe them something. Business must be good that they do not even greet let alone try to help you. I have an insurance claim, which means guaranteed payment for them yet their interaction with me is like I should be grateful that they exist. They have no customer value for my time or need that serves them so they want everything that needs to be done in their time and terms. No flexibility, courtesy, or even basic human interaction. They really need a customer service 101 training. You better believe I will have a talk with my insurance company who has these bozos as a preferred auto repair place.
